Job Description:
Assisting and Leading Project team and Design Team Leads in Issuances
Smooth document transfer with Manila, document Upload/Download
Give accurate weekly reports on Tech Subs and RFI's
Collaborate and lead communications with the design team/project leads
Design team produces deliverables schedule, this outlines date/distribution list and informs volume of document control work
Document Control consults the Design Manager on timescales to deliver volume
Collaborate with Design Team for smoothest transition of documentation
Complete configuration management and issue packages
This includes all contracted documentation (CAD's, DWG's, schedules, models, etc.) on time, meeting the client's deliverables/deadlines
Ensuring that live projects utilize the correct file folder structure
Checking that the deliverables schedule, issue sheet, blue folder, PM Tools, QA/TR Plans and necessary Actions Tracker have been completed as required
