Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


• 资料处理:撰写会议纪要、工作报告、(收发、整理、分类及通知给相应管理人 邮 件的能力),整理归档文件资料; Document Handling: Prepare meeting minutes and work reports; receive, organize, classify, and distribute emails to relevant management personnel; organize, file, and archive documents.


• 沟通协调:具备中文、英语能力,协助项目团队与当地业主及机构等组织会议、跟 进事项推进; Communication & Coordination: Proficient in Chinese and English; assist the project team in organizing meetings with local owners and institutions; follow up on action items and support project progress.


• 行政事务:办公用品采购与管理、考勤统计、差旅及后勤保障协调、文件翻译(中 英文); Administrative Affairs: Procure and manage office supplies; manage attendance records; coordinate travel arrangements and logistics support; translate documents (Chinese English).


• 数据整理:如统计项目相关数据、制作报表、更新工作台账等; Data Management: Compile and analyze project-related data; prepare reports; update work registers and logs.
