Overall Responsibility:

This position is responsible for the daily administration of the quality function.

Focus Area 1: Retention Sample Management 

• Retain production quality records
• Accountable for the management and maintenance of the brewery document control system

Focus Area 2: Retention Sample Management 

• Ownership of the production retention sample process
• Manage the retention sample store and ensure stock rotation
• Document and follow up on action plans
• Manage document retention as per the document retention policy
• Train staff on the document management system
• Manage and audit the overall site document management system
• Manage NCR and concession record-keeping and trend analysis
• Update HACCP plans
• Prepare and circulate monthly food meeting communications and minutes
• Schedule monthly food safety meetings
