The Closing Disclosure Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs) in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and company guidelines.
This role ensures that all loan documents are complete, accurate, and delivered to borrowers and settlement agents within regulatory timelines, while maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
