Position Overview

Client Lifecycle Management is a key first line of defense within a business line from a service and risk management perspective. The role holder will work closely with the local Front Office team (Business Head, Team Heads, Relationship Managers (RM), Client Service Executives), Compliance, Legal, Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Business Management Team. In addition, the role holder will work with the stakeholders (including CLM, Operations, Compliance and AFC) at the relevant PB locations, mainly Switzerland.
