About the Role

KMTC Line(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Documentation Assistant (Import/Export) to join our team on a contract basis in Klang, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of import or export documentation, ensuring seamless logistics operations and facilitating efficient cross-border trade for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Prepare and process import and export documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant forms
2. Coordinate with shipping companies, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and transactions
4. Provide support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to import/export processes
