SUMMARY:
A position has become available for an experienced Documentation / Export Clerk in the Northern Suburbs.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Experience with fruit export documentation - SD500, packing slips, COO, Bill of Lading, Phyto, EUR1, etc.
Able to work overtime in peak-season (will help if you have own transport) (very important)
Citrus / fruit export environment
High work ethic
NO job hoppers
Relevant qualifications
Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer queries
Handle all export documentation
Check shipments - corresponding with relevant documents
Update clients on shipment
Prepare export documents / check export codes
Complete VOC and packing slips
SADAC duties, surcharges
Commercial invoicing
Follow up with client or origin office for: all relevant documents
