Documentation Controller, Credit Transaction Management

What is this position about?
Client Transaction Management (CTM) is a dedicated team within ITO Credit Operations (CO), independent from the CIB business lines/Coverage. It covers all credit operational activities i.e.: deal implementation, deal lifecycle and credit risk parameters monitoring.
The Primary Responsibilities Include
Ensure legal documentation conforms to Credit committee decision and to alert Business & Risk in case of breach.
Ensure the safekeeping of the legal documentation.
As consultant to outsourced team members on legal documentation and queries related to systems and reporting.

Review draft agreement to ensure the draft conform to credit decision and internal procedure
