BRIEF SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

• Responsible in preparing documents for processing of Title and Tax Declaration Transfer under buyers name from Pag-Ibig Financing. -Profiling and Evaluation of documents for the accounts expired/invalid eCAR subject for re-issuance/revalidation.

• Profiling and Evaluation of Documents for Conversion of Transfer of Certificate of Title (TCTs) and cancellation and/or annotation of mortgage.

• Profiling and Evaluation of Documents for Transfer of Tax Declaration under buyers name for Land and Building.

• Responsible for preparation of all needed documents for compliance to HDMF/PAG-IBIG for the released of REM Retention such as eCAR, EBEP Receipt/Converted TCT' s, and Converted TD' s.

Qualifications:

• College graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
