JOB DESCRIPTION:
· IN-HOUSE TRAINING COORDINATOR
Plan, coordinate and schedule In-house training for onboarding crews
Coordinate with training department for crews' endorsement
Monitor crews' attendance and training completion
Prepare certificate for:
*ISM Certificates
*Confirmation of Completion of Education before Joining Ship
*Pre-Boarding Briefing Record
*Acknowledgment
- Check issued training certificate
Maintain updated training records
Prepare monthly reports

Create, update and maintain individual crew 201 files
