Job Summary

The Documentation Staff under the Quality Assurance – Technical Services Department of JAM Seafoods Inc. is responsible for the preparation, control, updating, and proper filing of quality-related documents and records. The position supports QA and food safety operations by ensuring that all documents comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, encode, format, update, and maintain QA documents such as SOPs, manuals, work instructions, logs, reports, and forms.
• Implement proper document control, including version control, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of QA records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
