About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team In this role, you'll be at the heart of our clients' homeownership journey — ensuring that their Pag-IBIG housing loan applications are smooth, accurate, and hassle-free.

What You'll Do

• Review and process Pag-IBIG housing loan documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customer concerns, printing, foldering, & collects client requirements.
• Monitor and coordinate the timely delivery of loan take-outs.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Marketing or any 4-year Business Course.
• Customer-facing experience (internship or work) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of real estate documents is a plus.
• Keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
