About the Role
Proximus is building a next-generation Digital & Agentic Assistant capability that goes far beyond today’s conversational tools. Instead of scripted question–answer flows, we are evolving towards autonomous, proactive, AI-driven agents that orchestrate complex customer interactions, execute tasks, and support internal teams across channels. This includes moving from traditional decision-tree automation to agentic AI, integrated with technologies such as, Gemini-augmented Dialogflow intent detection, LangGraph-based agentic flows, Azure AI services, and a Customer Request Orchestrator for dynamic routing between human and AI agents.
