At least 12+ years of Working Industry Experience or Consulting in Paper or Pulp Manufacturing or Packaging Industries or Food Manufacturing only
Must have a Deep working knowledge across 01-02 Business functions like Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Production Quality, Sales or Service or Sustainability.
Worked on various Process Improvement Programs across the above functions.
Able to Analyze Industry data at basic |advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making including drive related analysis including company benchmarking.
Must have exposure to at least one ERP Technology platform as applied to Industry
Have exposure to Digital Technologies like AI, Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Digital, etc.
