**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the agency’s identity and directory services.
+ Manage on premises Active Directory, help with implementation of Azure Entra ID, and associated Group Policy Objects (GPO) while ensuring directory hygiene and secure domain configuration.
+ Support ongoing modernization efforts that integrate legacy identity services with emerging DoW enterprise capabilities including Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Enterprise Services and DISA IdAM environments.
+ Oversee daily access provisioning, account lifecycle management, authentication services, and audit compliance activities.
