Domestic Assistant

An opportunity has arisen to join the Mackenzie resource centre team in supporting older adults to remain at home in their community. The post is key in maintaining high standards of cleanliness within communal settings and assisting with compliance to local and national guidance.

The role holder will also assist within a kitchen setting working alongside the catering team. The post is based at the centre which at present operates a five day service 0900-1600hrs Monday to Friday; plans are to expand this service to 7 day opening so availability to work some weekends will be required.

Please be advised this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker Visa or a Heath and Care Worker Visa.
