Domestic E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok).
• Monitor and analyze website performance, conversion rates, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising efforts.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels across all platforms.
• Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase site visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve the overall customer journey and user experience.
• Track and report on KPIs such as cart abandonment rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, etc.
• Stay up to date with trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online transactions and website performance.
