Domestic Manager - State & Local Tax

**_Role Overview:_**

As part of the Domestic Tax team, the Manager Domestic Tax will oversee and complete tax projects, provide innovative tax planning, and lead the state tax accounting and compliance activities. As a manager, you supervise, develop, and coach teams, and drive assigned workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.

The McAfee Tax Department consists of over 20 employees located in India, Ireland, and the US. The department is split into three groups: Domestic, International, and Tax Accounting. Operationally, the Tax Team strives to operate as a single unit to achieve McAfee’s goals and objectives. The Domestic team is responsible for federal and state income taxes, franchise taxes, sales taxes, and property taxes.
