- Explore new business opportunities for PCBA manufacturing and related components.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and industry trends to support strategic growth.
- Conduct client and supplier visits to identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships. 2. Sales Operations Management
- Support the sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, prototype proposals, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales forecasts, update pipelines, and create reports for management. 3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide progress updates, and explain prototype status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales administration, production, engineering, warehouse) to ensure smooth customer support. 4. Technical & Commercial Support
