Domestic Supervisor AA

Backshift (13:30-20:00) – 28.8 hours per week

Location: Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, Fife.

Role Overview

Join our existing supervisory team. Provide support and instruction to staff within the local and wider support services team. Work primarily in the cleaning sector on a backshift basis, with occasional weekend/night shift cover on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide the cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with staff training and instruction.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Cover other shifts, including weekends and night shifts, when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably of large teams.
• Experience working within the cleaning sector.
• Basic PC literacy.
