Domestic Team Leader
Contract hours: 32.5-36 per week
Basis: Part time
Salary: £19,651.02 - £25,747.85 per annum
Location: Uppingham School
Uppingham Boarding and Day School is seeking an experienced Domestic Team Leader to guide one of our House Domestic teams — a team dedicated to making our school feel welcoming, well-kept, and truly homely. In this key role, the impact of your leadership will be felt every day, helping create calm, comfortable, and high-quality spaces where pupils and staff can flourish.
Your working day runs from 8.30am to 2.25pm, offering a predictable daytime routine that fits seamlessly around family life, studies, or other commitments - ideal for those seeking meaningful work within family friendly hours. A daily hot lunch is also provided throughout termtime. Extensive added benefits include free Westfield Healthcare, discounts, and free membership of our Sports Centre
