Domestic Technical Recruiter

This is a remote position. WackoWave is seeking an experienced Domestic Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent across India. This role will focus on utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in ServiceNow, Workday, and other technical domains. You will be expected to play a key role in meeting our recruitment goals while ensuring high-quality candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various technical roles across different business units. LinkedIn Recruitment: Leverage LinkedIn and other online platforms to actively source candidates.
