Job Description – Domestic IT Recruiter (Gravity Infosolutions)

• Experience: 3–5 years in IT recruitment
• Key Skill: Strong experience in contract hiring (mandatory)
• Additional Skill: Salesforce hiring experience is an added advantage
• Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates
• Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding
• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Location: NCR / Remote
• Requirements: Excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong stakeholder management
• LinkedIn Recruiter & Naukri experience required.
