In accordance with applicable policy and procedures, assists Ozark HealthCare's staff in the delivery of non-clinical services as directed by supervisory and staff personnel. High school diploma or equivalent



Donation Processing & Customer Service Associate


+ Inspect and prepare non-clothing items for sale

+ Clean and sanitize items prior to packaging

+ Collaborate with supervisors to creatively package donations for display

+ Prepare items for supervisor inspection and pricing

+ Sort and place items in designated baskets for sales floor distribution

+ Notify supervisors when items are ready for placement on the floor

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation processing area

+ Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

+ Help customers bring donated items into the store

+ Thank donors and provide excellent customer service
