1.プロジェクト管理:品質要件を満たしていることを確認し、量産納入をスムーズに行えるように対応を行う

    Valeo Service（以降VS） SQA マニュアルの要件を満たすために、プロジェクト活動が チームによって実行されるようにサポートします。
    担当プロジェクトごとに各チームメンバーの役割をアサインします。チームに質の高いサポートとコーチングを行います。
    各製品の仕様決定のためマーケティング部門をサポートします。
    プロジェクト管理、8 段階活動を実行（ VS SQA マニュアルで定義されます）。
o    サプライヤー選択時に監査を実施、評価します。
o    サプライヤーがヴァレオおよび法的要件に準拠していることを確認します。
o    要件ファイルへのサプライヤーから回答確認を行います。
