Job Descriptions：
1. Lead TÜV Rheinland’s EV Battery & SLI Battery Testing and Certification Department, ensuring compliant, efficient and high‑quality delivery.
全面负责 TÜV Rheinland 动力电池（EV Battery）与 SLI 电池检测认证业务部门运营管理，确保项目交付质量、效率与符合性。
2. Strengthen business development and market expansion, including key account acquisition and revenue growth.
负责业务开发与市场拓展：制定业务战略，开发重点客户，推动销售增长。
3.Define annual sales and business growth targets and report progress to management.

4. Review technical solutions and test methods to ensure compliance with IEC, UL, GB, EN and UN 38.3 standards.

5.Supervise test execution to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, CNAS/CMA and internal TÜV requirements.
