Donor Outreach Tele-Recruiter (Sat Shifts)

SINGAPORE RED CROSS SOCIETY is seeking a Tele-recruiter to play a vital role in maintaining national blood stock levels by engaging with donors through high-volume outbound calls. You'll assist in booking appointments and recalling donors during critical shortages, ensuring each donor has an informative and supportive experience.

Qualified applicants should have a minimum of GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent, and possess exceptional verbal skills, preferably in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil. Flexibility to work on Saturdays is required.
