Job Description
• Warmly greet and acknowledge all members, guests, and visitors upon arrival and departure.
• Open doors, assist with directions, and offer help with bags or umbrellas as needed.
• Provide accurate information about the Centre's facilities, meeting rooms, and services.
• Recognize returning members and build positive rapport with regular visitors.
• Monitor and maintain order at the main entrance and lobby area to ensure a smooth flow of foot
traffic.
• Ensure the lobby is always presentable and clutter -free, reporting any cleaning or maintenance
needs.
• Assist with enforcing security protocols such as signing in visitors and checking access credentials.
