Doorman

• Welcoming & Guest Services: Greeting residents, visitors, and guests warmly; opening doors; hailing taxis; and providing directions or local recommendations.
• Security & Surveillance: Monitoring the entrance/lobby for unauthorized access or suspicious activity, controlling traffic flow, and operating security systems (e.g., CCTV).
• Handling Deliveries & Luggage: Assisting with luggage, packages, and groceries; signing for deliveries and managing mail.
• Maintenance & Assistance: Ensuring the entrance area is clean and tidy.
• Communication: Acting as a first point of contact, taking messages, and communicating with concierge or building management.

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
