About the opportunity
 We are inviting a welcoming and confident Door/Memberships Attendant to join usfull time at our New Lambton site.

As the first point of contact for our members and
guests, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and positive experience from
the moment they arrive. You will support compliance requirements while
delivering warm, professional service that reflects who we are at The Wests
Group.
What you will do:
Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Ensure all visitors sign in in line with regulatory requirements
Share information about our facilities, services, and upcoming events
Promote and process Wests memberships
Verify identification for team members, contractors, and visitors
Monitor and uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
Work closely with Security and Duty Managers when managing refusals of entry
