Dormitory Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dormitory Supervisor, located in Manila. The Dormitory Supervisor leads and oversees the dormitory/housing facility of the varsity teams. Ensures the safety and security of the student athletes and coaches in the dormitory. He/she is also responsible in maintaining and ensuring the implementation of dormitory rules and regulations. He/she ensures dormitory compliance for related government regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or any related field
• At least 2–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a dormitory or housing setup
• With training or workshops related to Occupational Safety and Health
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be willing to be assigned to National University–Manila
