Dotnet Full stack Developer

We need one onsite (SGP) Techno-Functional resource with 5 to 7 years' experience for the following skill sets.
Primary skills: Net, .Net core, SQL Server API, Jquery, React
Secondar skills: Python, , Postgres
Good to have : Kafka & Supply Chain Domain knowledge especially working with Logistics
Able to gather requirements from business and write Functional spec
Good Communication
No remote working, must come to office daily (5 days a week)
