Job Description

                    JOB DESCRIPTION As part of the newly formed Brand & Campaign Community of Expertise (COE), the Downstream Marketing Communications Manager will lead integrated marketing communications strategy and execution across the Downstream and Global Chemicals business. They will partner closely with the Global VP Marketing for Downstream and Global Chemicals to ensure brand campaigns and business-specific activations drive tangible business results while also integrating with global best practices. This role is based in Houston, Texas. 
What You Will Do: 
Campaigns, Programs & Lead Generation/Nurture
Translate business strategies into clear messaging frameworks, integrated campaign plans, and go-to-market execution.
Plan and lead integrated campaigns including product launches, thought leadership, lead generation, and sales enablement programs across digital, paid, owned, and earned channels – including how content comes to life at key industry events.
