Downtown Winnipeg Customer Service Ambassador

As a part-time Downtown Ambassador with 14-21 hours a week, you will report directly to the Downtown Ambassadors Manager. In this role, you will serve as a resource for the public, answer questions, and promote important BIZ programs. Strong communication and customer service skills are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries regarding businesses and events downtown
• Walk visitors to their desired destinations
• Promote and assist with downtown BIZ initiatives
• Assist in onboarding new BIZ members
• Audit and update business database and status
