DPG_Development.Senior Manager - Development

**Job Purpose:**



The job holder will be responsible to lead and manage the development process of projects to ensure that the business plan objectives such as launch schedule, design quality and budget are achieved.



**Key Accountabilities:**



+ Review design submissions for technical and commercial compliance during the design stage, and lead value engineering exercises to achieve target budgets to ensure that all design submissions comply with technical and commercial requirements.

+ Operate within the stipulated framework to maintain legal and ethical standards and ensure compliance with required DHRE regulatory framework and corporate governance.

+ Review architectural submissions for 'look and feel' items within the delivery stage, protect the design intent, and ensure that purchasers receive what they have purchased to ensure alignment with the design intent.
