Position: Architectural Draftsperson

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join their team located in Minto, Sydney New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist in the construction and drafting of the Proposed Workshop Expansion Project

·Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment and conventional drafting stations to produce designs, working drawings, charts, and records

·Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents to determine their impact on architectural designs

·Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, determining the best methods to represent building plans graphically
