Responsibilities

• Perform general drafting duties, including detailing of architectural, civil, structural, and related drawings based on design concepts.
• Produce and develop C&S drawings using AutoCAD and BIM Revit models.
• Create, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for project submissions.
• Prepare both preliminary and detailed drawings to the required scale for planning approvals and construction implementation.
• Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure accuracy and completeness of tender and construction drawings.

Requirements

• Candidate with 2 years experience in c&s drafting work are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD is preferred.
