About the role
We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team at M.E.I. Consultants Sdn Bhd' in George Town, Penang. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering department, responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and diagrams to support the successful delivery of our projects.
What you'll be doing
Interpreting engineering specifications and requirements to create accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software
Preparing a variety of drawings, including site plans, building elevations, floor plans, and mechanical schematics
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings meet project requirements
Maintaining and updating drawing archives and documentation
Providing support and advice to project teams on technical drawing-related matters
Staying up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations
