Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for main building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain organized drawing registers and support submission documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in building construction.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Drafting / Civil Engineering.

Required Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or BIM knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
