8am-5pm Mon-Fri with OT, if required

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for main building projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
Maintain organized drawing registers and support submission documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in building construction.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Drafting / Civil Engineering.
Required Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or BIM knowledge is an advantage).
Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
Able to work independently with attention to accuracy and deadlines
Advantage: Experience in main building works.
