Drafter

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support residential and commercial design projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drafting skills, a solid understanding of construction documents, and hands-on experience using Chief Architect (preferred).

The Drafter will work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to produce accurate, code-compliant drawings and revisions throughout the design and permitting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise construction drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Translate design concepts, markups, and redlines into accurate drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards
