Draftman

Job Purpose:

The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and designs as per the instructions and concepts provided by architects. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in drafting software to support the architectural and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Assist architects in translating design concepts into technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and presentation drawings as required.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects or clients.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings, plans, and design documents.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of drawings.
