Draftsman / Graphic Artist

+Draftsman degree or Bs Arch degree holder

• At least 3 years working experience in architectural design and site construction

• Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit / BIM is a plus, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, word, excel

+Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation

• Knowledge in architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece

and can interpret plans.

+Knowledge in networking, PC maintenance, software installation

• Good in analytical problem solving, creative, must think outside the box, fast

learner

• Good communication

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
