Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Draftsman. This is a full-time position based in Marikina, Metro Manila. As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our architectural and construction projects, ensuring designs are accurately translated into technical drawings.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings from conceptual designs
• Interpreting architectural plans, specifications and other project documentation
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and construction teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintaining and updating drawing files and project documentation
• Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
• Providing support and guidance to junior drafting staff as required
