Degrees/Certificates : DEGREE/CERTIFICATE IN ARCHITECTURE, DRAFTING, ENGINEERING AND RELATED COURSES

Years & Type of Experience: ENTRY LEVEL/FRESH GRADUATES with experience using CAD and other relevant software.

Job Description:

1. Create detailed drawings and layouts using CAD software;

2. Convert rough sketches into accurate drawings;

3. Ensure drawings meet specifications and codes;

4. Calculate dimensions, materials, and costs;

5. Prepare bills of materials and cost estimates;

6. Review designs for accuracy and completeness;

7. Assist with preparing reports and documentation;

8. Conduct site visits to gather information;

9. Help develop design standards and procedures;

10. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion;
