Draftsman

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman to support our Fire Protection M&E projects and Addition & Alteration (A&A) works. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and authority requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for fire protection systems (e.g., sprinkler, hosereel, fire alarm, dry/wet riser systems).
Develop and amend drawings for M&E and A&A projects in compliance with project specifications and SCDF requirements.
Liaise with project engineers, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve drawing discrepancies.
Prepare drawings for authority submissions and ensure timely revisions when required.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
