**General Purpose**

This position is with Union IBB Local S1978.

Responsible for safely and efficiently oiling, inspecting and checking the operation of a dragline according to designed criteria usually after progressing through performing duties as a ground person dragline. Inspects equipment before operating and insures that it is in safe, operable condition.
