What does it entail?

• Carry out cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of drains
• Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment safely
• Conduct surveys
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise
• Record work details via internal/client systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and support centre to ensure excellent service
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rota
