Responsibilities
Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications 
Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases.
Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization.
Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams.
Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions.
Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover.
