DrAughtsman (Contract)

Based in: Head Office (Ipoh)

Responsibilities

• To draw plan using AutoCAD software & Quantity survey calculation.
• Conduct existing detail house survey & housing map.
• Executing desk work by preparing the AutoCAD plan and law requirement report.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Architectural / Structural /Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
• Competent with AutoCAD & Excel software.
• Preferably with 2 – 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must be willing to be based in Ipoh and to travel throughout Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport (car).
